A Bubble’s Life is an in-progress children’s picture book project told through minimal text and visual storytelling. The narrative follows the journey of a single bubble as it drifts through different environments, encountering moments of beauty, danger, and uncertainty. While accessible to young readers, the story functions as a metaphor for a human life, exploring themes of growth, fragility, chance, and letting go. The project is planned as a ten-page digital picture book, using a soft pastel colour palette and pencil-like textures to evoke warmth and vulnerability. By relying primarily on imagery rather than text, the book invites readers to interpret the story emotionally and intuitively. A Bubble’s Life demonstrates my interest in wordless and minimal-text narratives and my ongoing exploration of pacing, atmosphere, and visual storytelling within children’s publishing.
